Jen started in construction right out of high school at the front desk of a local contractor, organizing submittal samples, mailing contracts and general office duties. She learned quickly and became more interested and involved in projects. As a project manager, she has experience with estimating, bid procurement and proposal development as well as running projects and leading project teams. Jen has led highly technical industrial projects, high security government projects, K-12 and higher education projects with strict deadlines. There’s never a dull moment in bringing a project to life.
