Grand Rapids based Potter’s House Schools continued their facility improvements by connecting the existing VanRaalte School to the adjacent church. The connector allows students internal access to the church building.
Potter’s House High School, originally opening in 1998, has renovated, refreshed and refinished its existing 32,220 SF facility as well as constructed a new 19,500 SF gymnasium, locker rooms, weight training and storage areas. The remodeling and addition allows for the doubling of their student population and adds much needed program space for the faculty and students.
Project renovations included a new secure entrance, new desks, chairs and an athletic field. The addition provided 22,600 SF for new science labs, a multi-purpose room and a regulation-size gymnasium.
