Cortney Collia
Office Manager
Cortney has been in office/operations management since she was 17 years old. She started managing in the casual fast dining arena, then graduated to running outdoor educational programs and camps. This led to organizing and running ecological land management and restoration programs. After all of that she became the Director of Delano Farms. Later she switched into factory and retail operations management. Which lead her into the constructions consulting and retail office management here at TBG. Her varied leadership skills allow her to bring a unique style and flare that contributes to the success of The Barton Group.
Outside of the Barton Group she is the Founder/CEO of CC’s Natural Arts, a holistic healing practice that focuses on massage therapy, talk story and spiritual cleansing. She is a recognized public speaker and educator both on wellness and Manoomin (Wild Rice). As a Michigan Wild Rice Initiative education and outreach committee member and enrolled member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians she is an advocate for the preservation of Manoomin and the rich cultural heritage that comes with it.
“Water is life and Manoomin is how we live it!” Chi Miigwech (thank you)
