Holly Hickman
Assoc. Project Manager
Holly started out traveling right after Highschool. Unsure what career path she wanted to take. After five years on the road and absorbing all the various aspects of life, she ventured back home to Michigan and began a career in construction. Holly started working for a local contractor in the office organizing schedules, filing contracts, payment processing and other office duties. The offer of being a project manager was presented in just four short months. That was when reality set in and Holly’s passion for the industry grew along with her hands-on experience. The next almost 9 years were spent learning, leading and growing with a team of professionals to ensure our projects were handled and completed with precise, professional expertise and care. During this time Holly expanded her knowledge within the construction industry by creating business relations for future projects, compiling bid estimates, project management, purchasing, time management and organization. Holly has managed projects from residential homes, commercial factories, municipal buildings, renovations, new buildings, cell towers, schools and more. Holly holds an American Fencing Association Certification and was the President of her class. What intrigues Holly about construction is the unique designs that many people are a part of and seeing each project completed, never the same as the next.
As a member of AMBUCS, the American Business Club. Holly spends her spare time volunteering, working out at the gym and playing intramural sports. Holly enjoys sports games, all things Detroit and is a big MSU fan! Holly hopes to continue her travels throughout the coming years and sees a return of sport coaching the youth.
