Centrica Care Navigators (formally Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan) has a mission to guide and support individuals and caregivers coping with illness, aging, dying and loss by providing compassionate medical, emotional, spiritual and personal care.

To further its mission, Hospice purchased a property, formally a furniture store, at 7100 Stadium Drive. Renovation of this 24,000 SF building will transform this property into Hospice’s new corporate headquarters. The Barton Group is proud to manage this project and will coordinate the reconfiguration of both floors, exterior and site working together with Miller Davis and Diekema Hamann Architects and Engineers.

The Barton Group will add value to this vital project by coordinating money-saving methods and advocating on behalf of the owner throughout the entire process. Specializing in nonprofit projects allows us the opportunity to assist valuable community organizations, like Hospice, in forwarding their missions’ and improving the communities they serve.
