The Barton Group is proud to partner with the City of Dowagiac as Owner’s Representatives to provide updates for critical community services. The project includes the construction of a new Fire Station and the renovation of the existing fire station for the Department of Public Services. Phase 1 is the construction of a $5.1 million dollar fire station to include an apparatus bay, hose tower, gear storage, decontamination room, locker room, dayroom, training and meeting space a well as overnight bunks and a workout room.
