Jen Sawyer

Project Manager

Jen started in construction right out of high school at the front desk of a local contractor, organizing submittals, mailing contracts, and general office duties. Over the next 19 years she learned firsthand how to run multimillion dollar construction projects; from administration, bid management, contract procurement, and scheduling to cost management, cash flow planning, and program management. Jen leads project teams with tenacity, using her organization and communication skills to keep projects moving forward. Her desire for growth and improvement had led her to complete multiple certifications including Quality Management, Scheduling, and Project Management from Western Michigan University. What she likes about construction is that there’s never a dull moment watching a project come to life.
