The Barton Group partnered with Dowagiac District Library for their expansion and renovation of the historic Carnegie building. The project doubled its size to 15,000 SF. The $7 million dollar project provided new spaces for community meeting room, general study and meeting rooms, teen space, vending area, and expanded the popular collections.
